These terms explain how we work with you when you use our services for visa consultation and travel assistance. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to the following terms:
HolidaysExperts.co.uk (also operating as Schengen Visa Consultants) is a private and independent travel consultancy. We are not affiliated with any government body or embassy. We act as a third-party service provider to help guide you through the visa application and travel planning process.
Once paid, our consultation and appointment booking fees are non-refundable.
We always strive to ensure that your visa application is complete and accurate. However, the final decision to issue a visa rests entirely with the relevant Embassy or Visa Application Centre, not us.
Appointment booking charges are separate from the visa fee payable directly to the embassy or VAC (Visa Application Centre).
Express or urgent appointments may cost more than standard bookings.
We reserve the right to update our pricing and policies at any time, with or without prior notice.
You may cancel your request at any time before the appointment is booked. If your appointment has not yet been confirmed, we may offer a partial refund.
Once an appointment is successfully scheduled, no refunds will be given—even if your travel plans change.
If you fail to attend your scheduled visa appointment, you may be required to pay again for rebooking. Please ensure your travel dates, flights, and hotel bookings are planned accordingly.
Under distance-selling regulations, if you cancel within 14 days and we haven’t yet started working on your case, you may be entitled to a partial refund, excluding admin or nominal charges.
We do not guarantee visa approval, visa type, number of entries, or processing time.
Embassy decisions are beyond our control, regardless of the type of appointment (standard or express).
We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or losses caused by:
Embassy decisions
Delivery companies
Travel disruptions
Natural events or strikes
Please do not send your documents to our office address without confirmation from our support team. Any unsolicited courier is not our responsibility.
While we handle your documents with care, we are not responsible for documents lost or delayed while in transit with courier services or at the embassy.
We are also not liable for loss/damage due to unexpected events like weather, strikes, or system failures.
HolidaysExperts.co.uk is not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions when using our website or any third-party platform we may link to.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we’re not liable for indirect damages caused by the use of our services.
Each visa case is unique, and we process applications according to current embassy guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee visa approval or specific outcomes.
